What is the Graffiti Month?

The JSRF Graffiti Month is a celebration of the graffiti in JSRF: Jet Set Radio Future. Each month, a new graffiti is celebrated, and is decided by the ordered number of Graffiti souls in the game.
Once the last graffiti is reached (No. 140), the clycle is repeated and begins with graffiti No. 001.
The first ever graffiti month began on February 22nd, 2002 with No. 001 "When spinning stops...".
